January seems to have been something of a non-starter, what with being snowed in and then having a cold-bug to contend with. I am very much hoping that February will be a month of activity and accomplishment! And in the spirit of the above quote, I will start a series of Today is Special postings..... do you fancy joining in?

Great idea. I'm going to wait until I feel better though - today it was just special that I managed to feed the family at all!

of course it is! i always wonder why so many people save their clothes, candles, perfumes, china and such for a special day, because who knows what may happen tomorrow... And to make a little silver lining on each day can make wonders.
